Improved Link and Content entry

Options for adding links and content from RSS feeds, videos and searches have been added to Page Manager

The options for adding a Source Type and Source URL have been moved from the [properties] tab to a new [content] tab. The new page also incorporates a simpler way of generating search and content pages.
