Page Types
A list of different types of page that you can create with SSIDM Studio
| Icon | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
 | Page | This is for any normal page consisting of text and graphics. Most of your content is likely to be this type of page. |
 | Panel | A panel is a small pagelet designed to be added around the main content of a page. A single Panel can be attached to more than one page. |
 | Event | An Event or Calendar page can have any number of events added to it which will then appear in the website's calendar page - if you have enabled it. |
 | News | A News page is for news items. You can add these to an RSS feed to provide a news feed on the website. |
 | Photo | A Photo page is designed to hold a single photo image that links to a full-size version of the image. |
 | Listing | Listing pages can be attached to an Organisation record to provide listings. Used for job vacancies, training courses, etc. |
 | Newsletter | If you create an e-Newsletter it is also available as a page so that you make it appear within the website |
 | Help | Use for help pages and online documentation |
 | Knowledgebase | Use for knowledgebase articles |
 | FAQ | A Frequently Asked Question page will display any attached Bottom panels as contents at the top of the page |
 | Product | A product page can have product items added, for selling via the online shopping cart (with eCommerce licence only) |
 | Wiki | Wiki pages can be created by registered members |
 | Blog | A blog page can also be created by registered members and posts added to the page at nay time. |
 | Snippet | A snippet is a bit of a page that can be re-used in other pages. Snippets can be used to create a library of often-used bits of content. |
 | Quiz | Quiz pages are used to create online exercises. You attach any number of questions/answers to each Quiz page. |
