Creating FAQ Pages

A FAQ page is just like a normal page except in the way it deals with Panels that are positioned at the Bottom of the page. If it finds any of these it will automatically create a contents section at the top of the page.

So, to create a FAQ page in Page Manager: -

• Choose FAQ on the New Page form and complete the New Page Wizard as usual
• In the editor, enter any text you want to appear ABOVE the FAQ contents
• Create each question/answer as a separate new Panel (you might want to do this part first)
• Go back to the FAQ page and, under the [panels] tab, find and add each question/answer panel. Make sure that you choose Bottom as the panel location.

When you preview the page, a link to each panel will be added as a contents section, then the question/answers will appear as panels at the bottom of the page.

TIP: When adding the panels to the page, choose alternate background colours to make the individial questions stand out.
