Configuring Outlook for your email accounts
To configure Outlook or Outlook Express to send and receive email using your email accounts, you need the following details: -
For each email account, use the User ID and Password supplied to you.
User ID: [as supplied]
Password: [as supplied]
For all accounts (replace yourdomain.com with your domain): -
Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomain.com
You can choose either to use your ISP's outgoing mail server, or the ReZolve mail server. If you choose to use you ISP's outgoing mail server (recommended), your ISP should be able to provide this. You may be using it already for your current email accounts. Alternatively, to use the ReZolve mail server, use: -
Outgoing mail server: mail.yourdomain.com
Important: If using ReZolve's outgoing mail server you must tick the box marked Outgoing Server requires authentication on the Advanced tab.
